The 24-Hour Rule
To ensure fairness to our tutors who reserve time for you, sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are generally not eligible for a refund.
Cancellation & Refunds

| Cancelled > 24 hours before start | 100% Refund |
| Cancelled < 24 hours before start | 0% Refund |
| Tutor "No-Show" | 100% Refund |
How to Request a Refund
If a session did not take place or there was a technical issue:
- Go to your Dashboard > My Sessions.
- Find the session and click "Report Issue".
- Submit the request within 48 hours of the scheduled time.
Our team will review the chat logs and system data to resolve the request within 3-5 business days.
