Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Students
We understand that plans can change. To be eligible for a full refund, students must cancel their scheduled session at least 24 hours before the start time.
- Standard Refund: If cancellation occurs more than 24 hours in advance, the student is eligible for a full refund (subject to verification).
- Late Cancellation: If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the session, refunds are not guaranteed. These cases are evaluated on a discretionary basis by our platform administration.
2. Refund Request Timeline
All refund requests must be submitted through the platform within 48 hours after the scheduled end time of the tutoring session. Requests made after this window may not be considered.
3. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds are usually issued back to the original payment method used during booking. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Disputes and Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding a session (e.g., tutor did not show up, technical failure), students should provide relevant evidence such as screenshots or communication logs. Our administration team will review all evidence and resolve the dispute according to platform guidelines.
5. Tutor No-Show
If a tutor fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the student is entitled to a full refund or a credit for a future session, whichever the student prefers.
